Refund policy

We want you (or the truck guy you gifted it to) to love The Patriot.

• 30-day returns from the day your order is delivered.
• Damaged or defective? Send us a photo or short video within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. You won't need to ship it back.
• Changed your mind? Return it unused, in its original box, within 30 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• How to start a return: message us through our contact form with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and check the return.
