Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase made on this website, operated by Stars & Stacks. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

The Patriot is a decorative cool-mist humidifier. It does not drive. The "flames" are water mist lit by LEDs; there is no fire or heat. Product photos are representative and the finished product may differ slightly in color or detail.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency of your market. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed. Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Shipping times and our return conditions are described on our Shipping and Returns pages.

Safe use

Use the product as described in the included instructions. Keep it away from water spills on electronics, empty the tank when not in use, and supervise children.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
